All prices in Holbæk Fjord Camping's online booking system is just like everywhere else on the website written in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clear in that situation.
Payment is made by using one of the accepted debit / credit cards in the online booking, including but not Visa, MasterCard and Diners. There is not a charged fee of trade taking place through online booking.

Shipping and delivery
You will when booking and paying for a cottage, a rental tent, a place for a tent, or a room for your own caravan get a confirmation from Holbæk Fjord camping, wherein accounts for your purchase appears. Returns and refunds
You have the option to cancel your booking on the terms set
• If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival you will get the entire amount reimbursed except for an administrative fee of DKK 525, -
• If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 7 days before arrival, you can get half refund. It is calculated as a minimum a cancellation fee of DKK 525, -
• If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, you will lose the entire amount.
